Create messages
Send Instant Messages (IM) or Note Cards to one or more distribution list groups. You can send messages to
groups that were created based on visitor behavior or profile. For example, send a campaign to all visitors that
have given payment information to Linden Lab and speak Italian.
Messages are created on our website (not in-world) and once they are ready, they are sent to the groups you have specified.
You can check which visitors have received a message.
Track results
If note cards are sent, you can easily track if notecards are accepted or declined.
Opt-In/Opt-Out
With the opt-in scenario, IMs are sent to the visitors with an invitation to opt-in. You can also place a kiosk at your
place that allows your visitors to add themself to the list. Visitors can also at any moment opt-out from your list.
