Measuring visitor presence and analyzing visitor profiles at your place is only the first step in a complete analysis.
The next step is to measure the visitor engagement. Visitor engagement means monitoring what visitors do and what actions they take at
your place. With a visitor counter we can only measure their presence, including when they return and how long they stay.
But what we really would like to know is what visitors are interested in. How many
visitors request information? Which objects, for example demo samples, are they using at your place?
Which visitors bought something?
We have developed an engagement measurement tool that should be stored in all objects for which you want to measure visitor activity.
Our engagement script counts each object click (touch), all money transactions and several other events that indicate visitor activity.
This data is compared to your visitor presence and allows you to take appropriate action to improve your place and to guide the visitor focus.
Features:
- Measuring visitor activity
- Measuring several events such as click/touch, attach (to avatar), rez (create) object, collisions of visitors with objects,
money transactions and changes in the inventory of objects.
- Reports to view visitor engagement for one object, group of objects or for an event
- Historical data on visitor engagement
